EPA & USACE to Put Final Rule of Clean Water Act in Effect August 28, 2015

Clean Water Rule The Environmental Protection Agency  and the US Army Corps of Engineers promulgated a final rule defining the waters of the United States for purposes of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, also referred to as the Clean Water Act. The rule enters into effect on 28 August. 80 Fed. Reg. 37053
