2025 Dredging & Beneficial Reuse Workshop
Thank you to everyone who joined Bay Planning Coalition for our 2025 Dredging & Beneficial Reuse Workshop, held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at PG&E’s Downtown Oakland Headquarters.
The half-day program brought together experts and regional leaders for discussions on regulatory priorities, beneficial reuse and restoration opportunities, and lessons from projects moving from planning to placement across the Bay Area.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Todd Bridges as the keynote speaker for the workshop.

The workshop featured three program segments examining the regulatory, restoration, and project-delivery issues shaping dredging and beneficial reuse throughout the Bay Area.

Bay Planning Coalition was honored to welcome Dr. Todd Bridges as the keynote speaker for the 2025 Dredging & Beneficial Reuse Workshop.
Dr. Bridges is a Professor of Practice in Resilient and Sustainable Systems at the University of Georgia College of Engineering, a Senior Scientist with Environmental Science Associates, and the founder of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineering With Nature program.
