The Department of the Navy, in coordination with state Department of Toxic Substances Control [DTSC] and Regional Water Quality Control Board and federal environmental regulatory agencies, encourages the public to comment on the Proposed Plan/Draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for Installation Restoration Site 21, at the former Naval Station Treasure Island in San Francisco, California.
The Navy invites the public to review and comment on the Proposed Plan/Draft RAP during the 30-day public comment period from October 14 through November 14, 2011. Written public comments must be postmarked or e-mailed no later than November 14, 2011. Click here for more details.
