EPA & USACE to Put Final Rule of Clean Water Act in Effect August 28, 2015

Clean Water Rule The Environmental Protection Agency  and the US Army Corps of Engineers promulgated a final rule defining the waters of the United States for purposes of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, also referred to as the Clean Water Act.
