New 404 Clean Water Act Permits Become Effective March 19, 2012

The new U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Clean Water Act Nationwide Permits (NWPs) will become effective March 19, 2012. The existing (2007) NWPs will expire on March 18, 2012.
