The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (Water Board’s) staff has prepared a Tentative Resolution and Staff Report to address the impairment of Tomales Bay by mercury. These have been prepared consistent with relevant sections of the Federal Clean Water Act and the California Water Code. The Tentative Resolution is scheduled to be considered by the Water Board at its regular meeting at the time and location as follows:
