On November 29th, the Bay Planning Coalition welcomed legislative experts for a timely discussion on the politics and policies in Sacramento and Washington, DC. As the recent midterm election resulted in party changes nationally and district changes locally, invited speakers Gary Lucks and Eric Sapirstein provided insightful forecasts for the next legislative cycle.
