1. Proposed Basin Plan Amendments to Establish Salinity Water Quality Objectives for the Lower San Joaquin River
· The proposed Basin Plan Amendments and draft Staff Report containing substitute environmental documentation are available at:
Written comments must be submitted to the Board by 14 April 2017 in order for them to be included in the administrative record.
· The Central Valley Water Board has scheduled a hearing to receive oral comments on:

· The Central Valley Water Board has scheduled a hearing to consider adoption of the proposed Amendments on:

2. Proposed Basin Plan Amendments to Remove the Municipal and Domestic Supply (MUN) and Agricultural Supply (AGR) Beneficial Uses Within a Designated Horizontal and Vertical Portion of the Tulare Lake Bed
· The public review and comment period ended on 27 February 2017. The proposed Amendments and draft Staff Report are available at:
· The Central Valley Water Board has scheduled a hearing to receive oral comments and consider adoption of the proposed Amendments and approval of the draft Staff report on:
