Available here is a Revised Notice of Public Hearing to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability against Byron-Bethany Irrigation District for alleged unauthorized diversions from the Intake Channel to the Banks Pumping Plant (formerly Italian Slough) in Contra Costa County.
- The Pre-Hearing Conference is scheduled for February 8, 2016.
- The Hearing is scheduled for March 21 – 25, 2016.
