The Port of Oakland is calling for proposals for the Educational Programs at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park (RFP No. 15-16/01). The RFP process is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified Respondent to provide educational outreach and teaching services for the Port at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park (“MHSP”). The Port is seeking a Naturalist to run our program mission which is to educate and promote stewardship of our parks natural resources.
