This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board.

Attached here is a Notice of Opportunity to Comment on the proposed approval of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to remove the Municipal and Domestic Supply (MUN) beneficial use in twelve constructed and/or modified water bodies in the Sacramento River Basin that receive treated municipal wastewater from the cities of Biggs, Colusa, Live Oak or Willows (Basin Plan Amendment).

Comment deadline is July 2, 2015 by 12 noon.
