This is a message from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region (2).

Concurrence with Findings Resolution is being considered for Santa Clara Valley Water District, San Jose, Santa Clara County.  The Resolution would recognize and support the November 2014 Salt and Nutrient Management Plan, Santa Clara Subbasin.  The San Francisco Bay Water Board will consider this item at its November 9, 2016, meeting.  Written comments or objections to this action must be submitted no later than November 7, 2016, by 5:00 p.m.
