Committee meetings, which provide a space for members to review policies, discuss regulations, and interact with industry stakeholders, are only open to members. Events, workshops, and briefings are open to non-members for a limited cost.

2025 Water Resources Workshop

This program will bring together industry experts, agency leaders, and policymakers to address the challenges of rising seas and groundwater across the Bay Area. Participants will explore infrastructure vulnerabilities, lessons from recent droughts and floods, and strategies for advancing long-term water resilience. BPC is honored to welcome E. Joaquin Esquivel, Chair of the California State Water Resources Control Board, as the keynote speaker for this year’s workshop.
2025 CEQA & Regulatory Update Workshop

This workshop will convene legal experts, policymakers, and industry professionals to examine California’s evolving environmental review and regulatory landscape. BPC is thrilled to welcome Kate Gordon, CEO of California Forward, as the keynote speaker for this year’s program.
