The Propeller Club of Northern California has arranged an outstanding event for National Maritime Day on May 22 and you won’t want to miss it. Attached is the flyer and reservation form. The Naval Air Museum in Alameda is full of historic maritime displays. The doors open at 10:30 for touring the museum and the program will start after 11:30.
The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is holding an open house on the MV Cape Orlando at the nearby Pier 3 at Alameda Point from 10:00 to 11:00. There will be vessel tours and coffee and doughnuts. The event is free.
