AAPA Sends Letter to Energy and Water Subcommittees
Earlier this week, AAPA sent letters to the Senate and House Appropriations Committees to express views on the Administration’s proposed Army Corps of Engineers civil works program budget request for FY 2015. The letter discussed the low request’s consequences, the full use of HMT revenues, the strong need to pass WRDA and other port issues.
