The Aquarium of the Bay achieved a great milestone last Friday by opening the new Sea Lion Center on PIER 39. The Sea Lion Center is a free nature center located above the hangout of PIER 39’s world-famous sea lions that teaches visitors all about the importance of the sea lions to the ecosystem and how we can all do our part to protect these animals.
