Port of Oakland Places Maritime Director on Leave
Oakland, CA — October 19, 2012 — Executive Director (Acting) Deborah Ale Flint has ordered Director of Maritime James Kwon to return from overseas business travel and placed him on Administrative Leave with pay, effective immediately.
