The State Water Board will be considering resolutions approving two Basin Plan amendments from the San Francisco Bay region at its December 5-6, 2011 meeting. The two amendments are:
1) Refining beneficial uses for Hayward Marsh and clarification of applicable bacterial water quality objectives.
2) Addition of surface water bodies to the San Francisco Bay Basin Plan.
