Abandoned vessels in the Bay and its surrounding harbors and waterways are a serious concern.  They can be both an environmental hazard and a danger to navigation. 

For our first Expert Briefing on 2014, BPC will bring together regional experts on this issue to brief our audience on what the state of the problem is, and what is being done to address it.
