The Strategic Plan for the Future of IRWM in California was initiated by DWR to bring together stakeholders in a dialogue that will influence future legislation, funding, regulatory streamlining, and incentive programs related to water supply, water quality, flood risk reduction, and environmental health. The dialogue will also help shape how DWR manages future bond and grant funding.

The Strategic Plan is intended to be a partnership effort among DWR, IRWM practitioners, regional planners, and other water stakeholders. Participation in an upcoming regional workshop is your opportunity to influence the development of the Strategic Plan.

These innovative and interactive workshops have been designed to be high energy – and dare we say it – FUN!  Don’t miss this unique leadership opportunity to shape the future of water management in California for the next decade.
