Our 3nd Annual CEQA Expert Briefing will feature some of the Bay Area’s leading legal experts on CEQA providing their perspective on the latest and most compelling developments in CEQA review this year. This will include an analysis of the current cases on review to the California Supreme Court, climate change legislation, and significant recent case law developments and hot topics related to CEQA review.
The Expert Briefing will feature a panel discussion, with Q&A to follow.
This Expert Briefing will be eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits*, and lunch will be provided.
*For those that signed-up to received CLE credits: the application for accreditation was submitted in mid-October and requires 6 weeks for processing. Please expect a Certificate of Attendance by the end of November. Thank you.
