Early registration deadline is Monday, November 14.
Register for the Conference by November 14 and save $70 on the Industry level technical program fee. Technical program registrants receive admission to platform and poster sessions as well as exhibits, meals, and breaks. In addition, each person registering for the technical program will receive the Conference proceedings.
Register for a short course by November 14 to save $75 on 4-or 8-hour courses and to help ensure that your preferred course will continue. Ten courses are currently scheduled and you can view the description for each course here. Courses with low registration levels after November 14 may be cancelled.
Hotel
Group rates of $179/night single/double plus applicable taxes/fees are available at theSheraton New Orleans. A percentage of the block is available at the prevailing U.S. Government per diem rate. The rates are in effect for reservations made by December 21, 2016, unless rooms in the block sell out before that date.
The Sediments Conference does not have group rate agreements with any property other than the Sheraton New Orleans nor have we partnered with any travel agency or third-party for travel/hotel discounts. If you receive a call or an email offering assistance in making hotel reservations or changing existing reservations, we advise caution.
The Conference has no agreement with any organization to contact participants and offer reservation assistance, nor have we provided contact information to anyone for this purpose.
