A public hearing to receive oral comments on the Plan Amendment and SED is scheduled to begin Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the California EPA Headquarters Building, 1001 I Street, Sacramento CA. The hearing will continue on Friday, November 4, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the Modesto Centre Plaza, Tuolumne River Room, 1000 L Street, Modesto CA, and conclude on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at the California EPA Headquarters Building.
Written comments must be received at the State Water Resources Control Board no later than 12 noon, November 15, 2016.
