This is a message from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region (2).
The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (Regional Water Board’s) staff has prepared a Tentative Order for waste discharge requirements for the Santa Clara Valley Water District and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to implement the Upper Berryessa Creek Flood Risk Management Project (Project). The Tentative Order would authorize implementation of the Project to increase flood protection in the surrounding community and contains prohibitions and provisions in accordance with the California Porter Cologne Water Quality Control Act.
The Regional Water Board intends to consider adopting the tentative order during a meeting to commence at the time and location as follows:

The deadline for comment is 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2016. Comments must be sent to the attention of Susan Glendening. Persons wishing to file written comments on or objections to the tentative order or other aspects of this matter must do so no later than this deadline so that such comments may be considered.
The tentative order, comments received, and related documents may be inspected and copied at the Regional Water Board office.
