Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking – Russian River Tributaries
This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) has issued a Notice of Proposed Emergency Actions due to Insufficient Flow for Specific Fisheries in Tributaries to the Russian River and the proposed rulemaking package. The State Water Board adopted the resolution adopting the update and partial readoption of an emergency regulation for Additional Water User Information for the Protection of Specific Fisheries in Tributaries to the Russian River at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 1, 2016. The emergency regulation may be submitted to the Office of Administrative Law five days following this notice.
