Public Comment Period Open for Tentative Order to Update Phillips 66 SF Refinery’s WDRs

This is a message from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region (2).

The 30-day public comment period is open for a tentative order that will update the Phillips 66 San Francisco Refinery’s Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs).  The tentative order will rescind and supersede outdated WDRs, update ownership information, update maintenance requirements for waste management units, and update the Refinery-wide monitoring program.
