This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board.
SWRCB has issued a Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conferece to determine whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order against West Side Irrigation District – Old River Tributary to San Joaquin River San Joaquin County.

The Pre-Hearing Conference is scheduled for Monday, October 19, 2015.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for November 12, 2015 and will continue, if necessary, November 13 and 16, 2015
