Attached here is a Notice of Public Hearing to determine whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order against Mark Hodgetts – Hayfork Creek Tributary to South Fork Trinity River, Trinity County.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for October 5^th and 6^th (if necessary), 2015.
