Attached here is a Notice of Public Hearing to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability against Byron-Bethany Irrigation District Intake Channel to the Banks Pumping Plant (formerly Italian Slough) in Contra Costa County.

The Pre-Hearing Conference is scheduled for September 25, 2015

The Hearing is scheduled for October 28, 29 & 30, 2015 (29 & 30 if necessary)
