The Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) has released materials in support of H.R. 2647, the Resilient Federal Forests Act of 2015, urging the U.S. House of Representatives to pass the legislation. ACWA’s call to action represents a broad coalition of Western water supply and renewable hydropower providers.
