Attached here is the Revised Resolution and the May 5, 2015 version of the Desalination Amendment associated with Item 7 (Desalination Amendment) at the May 6, 2015 Board Meeting.  This May 5th, 2015 version of the Desalination Amendment has no new changes as of May 4, 2015, but incorporates all changes to the amendment since March 20, 2015 including revisions in Change Sheet #1 and Change Sheet #2, which were circulated on May 1, 2015 and May 4 , 2015 respectively.
