The comment period for the draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Proposed General Waste Discharge Requirements for Composting Operations (General Order) was held from January 13, 2015 to 12:00 noon on March 2, 2015.  The draft EIR and General Order have been posted showing the revisions made based on comments received during the comment period.  The revisions were made from January 6, 2015 through May 29, 2015.  The posted documents are located at: http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/water_issues/programs/compost/#currentdocs
