Attached here is a Notice of Opportunity to Comment on the proposed approval of the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board’s amendments to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Los Angeles Region that would incorporate stakeholder-proposed groundwater quality management measures for salts and nutrients in the Central and West Coast groundwater basins of Los Angeles County.

Comment Deadline is July 2, 2015 by 12 noon.
