Attached here is a cover letter and draft order in which the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) issues a cease and desist order (CDO) and imposes administrative civil liability (ACL) against Robert Mann (Individual and Trustee) and Robert C. Mann 1999 trust.

The State Water Board will consider adopting the draft order at its Board meeting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building at 1001 I Street in Sacramento. The State Water Board will issue a public notice of this meeting at least ten days in advance.  Comments on the draft order are due by 12 Noon on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.  Please see instructions for how to submit written comments on page 2 of the cover letter.
