This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board:
The Proposed Emergency Regulation to implement the urban water conservation called for in the Governor’s April 1, 2015 Executive Order is now available on the State Water Board website.
A detailed Fact Sheet, the Proposed Emergency Regulation text, and a spreadsheet with the Proposed Water Supplier Usage Tiers are available here.
The Fact Sheet includes information on the formal comment period, which will conclude on May 4, 2015 at 10:00am just prior to the State Water Board’s consideration of adoption of the Proposed Emergency Regulation at its May 5-6, 2015 meeting. Additional documents including the Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking will be available on April 29, 2015.
