2015 CASA Achievement Awards Program Open for Applications

Each year, CASA recognizes extraordinary efforts undertaken by our members through our Achievement Awards Program. We are now accepting applications for the 2015 CASA Achievement Awards. The deadline for submittal is Wednesday, June 24.

 

The awards program provides statewide recognition for outstanding project and program efforts. It’s an excellent opportunity for agencies and associates to highlight accomplishments as they move toward becoming a Utility of the Future.

 

The 2015 winners will be announced and celebrated at CASA’s annual conference in August.

Public Policy Institute Launches New Water Policy Center
The PPIC has announced the launch of the PPIC Water Policy Center. Led by PPIC senior fellow Ellen Hanak, the center will spur innovative water management solutions that support a healthy economy, environment, and society – now, and for future generations.

 

The center has published the first edition of California’s Water, a set of short policy briefs on the state’s most critical water management challenges and actions needed to address them. This briefing kit is designed to inform state leaders and to raise awareness more broadly about the important water issues facing our state.
