This is a message from the State Water Resources Control Board.

This message is to notify interested parties of the availability of the attached Proposed Emergency Regulations pertaining to the Prohibition of Activities and Mandatory Actions During the Drought Emergency; Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking;  and Emergency Regulations Digest.

This item will be considered at the March 17, 2015  State Water Board meeting.
