The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) has updated its website with a Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking for Curtailment of Diversions Due to Insufficient Flows for Specific Fisheries and the proposed rulemaking package.

A previous draft of the proposed regulation was released by the Board, via email, on March 6, 2015, as part of Item no. 8, on the Board’s March 17, 2015 agenda.  The version of the proposed regulation in the attached rulemaking includes modifications to the title to read “… Section 878.1 subdivision (b) through (f)”; a revision of the word ‘and’ to ‘or’ in Section 877 subdivision (c)(1)(B)(i)(A) and (c)(2)(B)(i)(A); and the correction of the last subdivision of Section 878.1 from subdivision (e) to (f).
