Attached here is a Notice of Opportunity to Comment on the proposed approval of the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (North Coast Water Board) amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the North Coast Region that would establish a Policy in Support of Restoration in the North Coast Region.

Comment Deadline is April 14, 2015 by 12 noon.
