If you have comments on what topics you think should be part of the peer review, please include those as well.
These comments will be part of the record for this project, but because these are informal comments to help develop the draft proposal and this is not the official public comment period, they will not be provided written responses to the comments. Receiving your written comments at this time will help incorporate stakeholder concerns into the staff report, which will be going out for peer review in early January.
