The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Public Hearing to determine whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order and whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability against Robert Mann (individual and trustee) and Robert C. Mann 1999 Trust.
The Public Hearing will commence on August 26, 2014 and continue, if necessary, on August 27, 2014.
