Deadline Extended: Recruitment for the 2014 College Summer Internship Program

A Message from the Port of Oakland:

Due to the fact that many students are returning to campus from Spring break this week, we are extending the application deadline for the 2014 Summer College Internship Program to Friday, May 9, 2014.

What must be submitted by the deadline?
1)  Completed online or paper employment application
2)  Copy of latest transcripts (unofficial is acceptable)
3)  Completed Internship Opportunity Form with your choice selections ranked 1-3.

Other materials, including 2-3 letters of recommendation may arrive after the deadline by:
1)  US Mail:  Port of Oakland, Attn:  Internship Program, 530 Water Street, Oakland, CA  94607 or
2)  E-mail:  portofoaklandintern[at]portoakland.com  

Students can access and complete an online or paper application at:
http://www.portofoakland.com/jobcenter/internships.aspx.

A courtesy copy of the program description and list of internship job opportunities are also attached.
