PURPOSE
An Independent Workshop Panel will convene to identify the best available science to inform the State Water Resources Control Board’s (State Water Board) decisions regarding its update of Delta outflow requirements included in the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary (Bay-Delta Plan). This meeting will inform the panel’s preparation of a report that presents their findings and recommendations in response to their charge. The workshop will consist of a moderated discussion between the panel and invited presenters. Public comment will be taken only during the public comment periods shown on the agenda.
