The Delta Vision Foundation will release and discuss the 2013 Delta Vision Report Card in Sacramento:

The Delta Vision Foundation Board of Directors and staff will present the 2013 Delta Vision Report Card at 9:30, followed by panel discussions with State and Federal agencies and stakeholders from 10:00 to noon. After lunch, the Board of Directors will host a roundtable discussion on linkages and commitments to assure integrated, workable solutions for the Delta and California, followed by DVF business.
If you haven’t provided input for the 2013 Delta Vision Report Card, today is the last day to respond to our 2013 survey on Delta progress and effectiveness. You can can access the survey here. The survey will close June 7, 2013.
In early 2009, the Delta Vision Foundation was formed by members of the Governor’s Delta Vision Blue Ribbon Task Force to encourage implementation of the Delta Vision Strategic Plan and subsequent legislation by monitoring, evaluating and providing information to the public about the progress of the State of California in implementing the Delta Vision recommendations as a set of integrated and linked actions to achieve the co-equal goals: (1) restore the Delta ecosystem; and (2) ensure water supply reliability. The DVF conducts ongoing analysis, issues public comment on the State’s progress toward achieving the goals of the Delta Vision Strategic Plan, and presents information to policymakers, stakeholders and the public.
