CASA Spring Conference Rapidly Approaching Leading a Utility in Changing Times: New Strategies for a Better Tomorrow

 

Each new day seems to bring challenges and opportunities that call for and creative thinking and new strategies in the clean water community. CASA’s spring conference program features educational sessions with ideas and tactics for those leading and managing clean water utilities. The conference is being held April 24-26, 2013 at the Newport Beach Marriott. 

Friday morning will offer two timely presentations on issues of utmost importance to governing officials and general managers. First, a presentation on current changes in public pensions post -reform and what tomorrow’s pension packages may look like. The closing session will be on the Affordable Care Act and the California Health Benefits Exchange and their impact on future health benefits offered by California’s public agencies.
