The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board will hold a public workshop on August 14 to consider changes to its policies on baylands multi-benefit wetland restoration projects. The August 14 workshop will be one of several public forums to solicit feedback from stakeholders on the various regulatory strategies available to the Water Board for addressing wetland restoration and shoreline resilience.
The August 14 workshop will specifically focus on Policy 94-086, which is on the use of wastewater to create, restore and enhance wetlands.
