Save the date for Marine Recreation Association’s (MRA) 3rd Annual California Boating Congress (CBC) set for February 27-28, 2017 at the California State Capitol.
This year BPC is a co-host of the CBC, where the marine industry and boating community come together to advocate for issues affecting this important part of the state’s economy and culture, and “chart the future of boating policy in California.”
This year’s CBC will kick-off Tues
day evening, February 27, with a cocktail reception at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Attendees will reconvene on Wednesday, February 28 for the main event featuring a summary of legislative issues followed by breakout sessions on key issues. Meetings with legislators will be held in the afternoon.
The 2018 CBC is a great opportunity for all interested parties to meet with state legislators and government regulators to discuss the impact of regulations, policies, and planning that affect recreational boating and other marine concerns in the state.
