The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) will accept comments on the draft 305(b)/303(d) Integrated Report and proposed revisions to the Clean Water Act Section 303(d) List of Water Quality Limited Segments (303(d) List) during a thirty (30) day public comment period, which begins September 21, 2016 and ends October 20, 2016.
Central Valley Water Board staff will hold a public meeting and workshop to provide information, answer questions, receive input, and facilitate discussion with the Central Valley Water Board Members and the public on the draft 305(b)/303(d) Integrated Report with focus on the proposed revisions to the 303(d) List during the regularly scheduled Board meeting:
