Heroes of the Coast, produced, written, and directed by Janet Bridgers of Earth Alert!, is a documentary recounting the brilliant political campaigns in the 1970s that saved the California coastline from over-development. This is a story of how the people of California, under the leadership of a small number of dedicated and savvy legislators, came together to protect the California coastline to preserve its use for current and future generations.
