Momentum Builds for Modernization

Over the past several months, we’ve
been talking with residents, knocking on
doors and having a conversation about
the Refinery Modernization Project.
The response from the community
continues to be very positive. Public support for the
project is strong with more than 70% of Richmond
residents favoring modernization in a recent public
opinion survey. People want to know that modernization
will reduce pollution, make the refinery.
